However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your ghoulish expectations. That’s why we’ve crafted a Returns & Exchanges policy that’s as straightforward as a zombie’s shuffle.
1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that due to the nature of certain products, some items cannot be returned or exchanged (see Section 5).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and well-being of our community, the following items are non-returnable:
- Costumes & Masks: Due to hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Fire Retardant Plastic: Safety products are final sale to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Witchcraft Essentials & Zombie Creations: These mystical and perishable items are non-returnable to preserve their magical integrity.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our ghostly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once the return is processed, subject to availability.
